Too many people under
estimate the difficulty of the exam and have serious disappointment later
on.

ISC2 do visit Portland a few times a year. Unfortunately they do not
publish their schedule ahead of time. They usually publish only a few
months out. But I am sure they will be back in your area within the next
12 months for sure.

Regarding the Shon Harris Solution Package. Do contact me directly at
clement.dupuis@gmail.com as I would like to talk to you about the package.
I am not sure where you are planning to buy it from but I am sure I can beat
their price and if your plan was to acquire the package from CCCure, I will
be happy to extend a rebate to you as a forum member.

The package would be a great kit for your studies. It has videos, mp3
files, student book of around 2000 pages printed on paper not just an
electronic copy, you get flash based questions online on top of the 2000 we
have on the cccure quiz engine. It is the MOST complete package bar none.
It has all the ingredients you need to succeed.

This offer is valid for anyone who participates in this mailing list. If
you need study resources that I have for sale at www.cccure.com, do write to
me directly, twist my arm (virtually only), and I will be happy to give you
a price break.

I wish you all the best

Take care

Clement

On Mon, Mar 15, 2010 at 18:35, Theresa Fichtner
<THERESA@MYCREDITUNION.COM>wrote:

> I?ve been puttering around studying for the CISSP for a couple years now.
> A recent discussion here advised ?immersing? yourself for six to eight
> months and then taking the exam.
