Like you said all alternatives are part of the ELC.<br><br>But considering the she is "reviewing" the case a night before the trial. Discovery is definitively one step that at this specific point is not applicable, you can only review something that was previously discovered.<br>

the night before the trial, i can kind of understand how discovery would not be
part of the evidence life cycle at this point. During the trial, the
collection, identification and storage of evidence will come under attack and
be more closely scrutinized than the actual discovery of the "crime".<br>

This is just my thought processes this morning. I will have to think about it a
little more.<br>

This is where it is very important to read and process the questions first
during the test.<br>
