<div>To answer your question, you can use highlighter in your exams and you are free to do whatever on your answer sheet except taking it out of the exam hall. I personally believe using highlighter would be very helpful. It is important to note that CISSP is really improving daily on their question bank and I can almost promise you that if you get all the dumps of this world you might not see a single question been repeated on the exam. So please use highlighter if you know it will help you.</div>
